Comics You Used To Read As A Child
|
For mr it was : Beano, TV comic, TV Century 21, Charles Buchanan's football Monthly, Shoot,Goal, Jimmy Hill's Football weekly,Scorcher. Used to spend hours reading them, such good memories. Thanks mum and dad for giving me the money to spend on them, never really appreciated that at the time.

Anyone remember characters such as Bobby of the Blues, Billy Dane,Lags Eleven,Petes Pipes and Invisible Dick?
Not thought about comics in years,by fuck they were great.
Went on to Shoot and Goal then the NME and Melody Maker in my early teens.

cholo - Ha! Same mate, I had an unhealthy obsession with WW2 as well, actually still have.
Ag ag ag those lines are exactly as they'd say them. Those comics are still going, I saw an ad for them a while back.
